We use services of the social network Twitter, which is offered by Twitter Inc, 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. They are recognizable by terms such as “Twitter” or “sequence”, combined with a stylized white or blue bird. With the help of the buttons it is possible to share a contribution or page of this website on Twitter or to follow Facing Finance e.V. or our campaign account on Twitter.
When a user clicks such a button on this website, his browser establishes a direct connection to the Twitter servers. The content of the Twitter button is then transmitted directly from Twitter to the user’s browser. Facing Finance e.V. therefore has no influence on the amount of data Twitter collects with the help of this plugin and informs users according to their level of knowledge. After this only the IP address of the user the URL of the respective web page is transmitted with the purchase of the Buttons, but not for other purposes, than the representation of the Buttons, used.

We will, therefore, process any data you enter onto the contact form only with your consent per Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO. You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal email making this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.
We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.

OPPOSITION TO PROMOTIONAL EMAILS

We hereby expressly prohibit the use of contact data published in the context of website legal notice requirements with regard to sending promotional and informational materials not expressly requested.
